Research activities

I have been involved in many research projects throughout my time at Middlesex University across a multitude of sports, including running, cycling and wheelchair fencing to name a few.

Current Teaching

As well as being a programme leader, I module lead at all levels of the undergraduate degree. My main teaching responsibility is to lead the biomechanics content across all years.

I lead on outreach projects working at various expeditions to showcase sport science activities to schools, colleges and the general public.

I also work with different sport clubs and athletes, carrying out sport science testing to help inform their practice. I believe getting undergraduate students involved in this "real world" experience is highly valuable and impactful on their development.

Current modules that I teach on include:

SES 1502 Fundamentals of Sport & Exercise Science

SES 2504: Applied Physiology & Biomechanics

SES 3502: Advanced Sport & Exercise Science

SES 3505: Advanced Biomechanics

Biography
