Biography
I am a Research Assistant at Middlesex University, currently working on a multi-component feasibility study funded by the NIHR Innovation Fund to Reduce Demand for Illicit Substances. I am supporting the evaluation of the DSMF drug education programme for school students aged 13–15 years in 12 secondary schools across three distinct geographical regions in England, spanning rural, urban, and coastal settings.
My work focuses on assessing how the programme is delivered across these varied contexts, examining changes in students’ knowledge, attitudes, and decision-making around drug use, and exploring barriers and facilitators to parent and carer engagement.
