Research activities

Some of my recent projects include the design and delivery of the first NHS Leadership Academy EMCC Global EQA Bespoke Mentor Training Programme; the design and delivery of the first EMCC Global EQA Bespoke Mentoring Programme Manager Training Programme; I led on three projects with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) creating the evaluation framework for the MCHub Norway mentoring, individual and team coaching initiatives and carrying out the 2 to 3 year longitudinal impact evaluation. I am currently working with the National Institute of Health and Care Research, supporting their national mentoring programme, CPD provision and impact evaluation.

Biography

I am currently Associate Professor (Practice) and Senior Teaching Fellow of Human Resource Management and Development at Middlesex University Business School and Visiting Professor at the International University of Monaco.
