Research activities

My research interests include: behaviour in organisations and managing change, leadership and followership, motivation for change and transformation, researching well-being and developing a researcher professional code of practice, Other interests include ethics and social change and developing a researcher active community.


Current Teaching

I am involved in teaching the core modules for the M/DProf Specialist Pathways Framework; Review of Learning and Planning a Practitioner Research Programme. I am involved in doctoral supervision across many of the specialist pathways offered within our M/DProf Framework.


Biography

I lead on the Specialist Pathways Masters and Doctorate in Professional Studies in the Faculty of Health, Social Care & Education, I have experience of teaching & learning at Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Research degree levels in work based learning. My background is in teaching behaviour in organisations, management and leadership. I have examined a range of doctoral projects both in the UK and overseas.
